MyEduFiles shares educational resources created to help teachers save time and make classroom and school-related tasks easier. By visiting our website or downloading our resources, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Using MyEduFiles Resources

Our resources may include:

  • Worksheets and activity sheets
  • Automated Excel files
  • Templates and school forms
  • Classroom monitoring tools

These resources are intended mainly for teachers, school personnel, parents, and learners.

2. What You May Do

You may also share the original MyEduFiles page or download link with other teachers so they can get their own copy.

3. What You May Not Do

Please do not:

  • Sell or resell our resources;
  • Upload our files to another website, shared drive, social media group, or file-sharing platform;
  • Claim our resources as your own original work;
  • Remove the MyEduFiles name, credits, or copyright notices;
  • Include our files in another paid product, bundle, membership, or subscription;
  • Share modified versions publicly without permission; or
  • Use our website or resources for unlawful or harmful purposes.

You may recommend the resource to other teachers, but please share the original MyEduFiles link instead of uploading or sending copies of the file publicly.

4. Excel Files and Protected Formulas

Some MyEduFiles Excel resources contain formulas, calculations, layouts, or automated features that are protected with a password.

This protection is added to prevent important formulas and settings from being accidentally deleted, changed, or overwritten.

The fields that teachers need to complete—such as names, scores, dates, school information, and other required details—are left editable whenever possible.

Password protection does not mean that the file cannot be used. It simply helps keep the automated parts of the file working properly.

Please do not attempt to remove, bypass, or break the protection of the file. Changing protected formulas or settings may cause incorrect results or prevent the file from working as intended.

5. Check the Resource Before Using It

We carefully prepare and review our educational resources, but mistakes or inconsistencies may sometimes be missed.

Before printing, submitting, or officially using a resource, please review:

  • Names and personal information;
  • Scores and computed results;
  • Dates and schedules;
  • Formulas and totals;
  • Instructions and answer keys;
  • Grade levels and learning competencies; and
  • Other information relevant to your class or school.

Teachers and users remain responsible for checking whether a resource is appropriate for their learners, school requirements, and current guidelines.

6. Reporting Errors or Inconsistencies

We appreciate teachers who help us improve our resources.

When you notice an error, inconsistency, incorrect formula, missing information, or a part of the file that is not working properly, please send us a message through our Contact Us page.

When reporting a concern, please include:

  • The title or name of the resource;
  • The part of the file where the issue appears;
  • A short explanation of the problem;
  • The device or program you are using, when relevant; and
  • A screenshot, when available.

We will review the concern and make corrections when needed.

7. File Compatibility

Some resources require specific programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or a PDF reader.

A file may look or work differently when opened using:

  • Mobile spreadsheet applications;
  • Older versions of Microsoft Office;
  • Google Sheets;
  • Third-party office applications;
  • Online file converters; or
  • Devices with limited features.

Before using an automated resource, please check its file type and any instructions provided on its download page.

For the best results, automated Excel files should generally be opened using a compatible desktop version of Microsoft Excel.

8. Educational Use and Official Requirements

MyEduFiles resources are supplementary materials intended to assist teachers.

Unless clearly stated, our resources are not official documents issued or endorsed by the Department of Education, another government agency, or a particular school.

Policies, forms, curriculum requirements, and official procedures may change. Teachers should always check the latest official guidelines before using a resource for formal submission or compliance purposes.

9. Ownership of Resources

The original resources, designs, written content, spreadsheets, templates, worksheets, graphics, and other materials published by MyEduFiles belong to MyEduFiles or are used with proper permission or attribution.

Downloading a file gives you permission to use it according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the resource to you.

Some materials may include properly credited content from official sources, open educational resources, public-domain materials, or other creators. Ownership of those materials remains with their respective owners.

10. Availability of Resources
