Automated Learner’s Progress Report – Grade 1
About This Resource
Make the preparation of Grade 1 Learner’s Progress Reports easier with this Automated Learner’s Progress Report for Grade 1.
This Excel-based resource was developed based on the Progress Report Template for Grades 1 to 3 under DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, Annex F. It is designed to reduce repetitive encoding by allowing teachers to enter learner information, attendance, term remarks, and transfer information in organized input sheets.
Once the needed information has been entered, simply select a learner from the Progress Report sheet and the corresponding report is automatically populated and ready for printing.
Instead of repeatedly typing the same school and learner information on individual reports, teachers can maintain their class information in one workbook and generate the Progress Report for each learner as needed.
The workbook includes separate sheets for Basic Information, Masterlist, Attendance, Term Remarks, Transfer Information, and the printable Learner’s Progress Report.
Important Note
This file serves as the Learner’s Progress Report cover/report page. The detailed monitoring of learning competencies using the PACE forms is not included in this file. The appropriate Grade 1 PACE forms should be printed and attached separately to complete the learner’s progress documentation.
This resource was independently developed by EduFilesPH based on DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026. It is not an official DepEd-developed file.
